Why we exist

Rostering in healthcare is famously hard. Skill mix, award rules, rest periods, fairness, leave, last-minute sick calls — and underneath it all, real people whose lives depend on the roster being right. Most tools treat this as a spreadsheet problem. We treat it as a human problem with a spreadsheet symptom.
