- Duty Board (daily staffing view), IRIS Auto-Approve (strict-clean auto-approval of open shift claims and accepted swaps), and Staff Self-Edit are optional add-ons. Contact us to enable — they are not included in self-serve tier pricing.
- What is IRIS Auto-Approve?
- A paid add-on that automatically approves open shift claims and accepted shift swaps when they pass strict-clean eligibility checks — no conflicts, no leave, within configured time windows. Leave is never auto-approved. Full audit trail included.
- Is IRIS Auto-Approve included in my tier?
- No — it is an optional module available on request for any tier. Self-serve plans include core rostering and IRIS generate/chat credits; add-ons are enabled by your platform administrator after you contact us.
- How do I enable IRIS Auto-Approve?
- Contact us to grant the add-on to your organisation. A platform admin toggles Availability, then your org admin configures windows and exclusions under Organizations → Add-ons → IRIS Auto-Approve.
- How generous are the AI credits?
- Very liberal. If you are rostering 100 staff, you will typically use around 5,000-10,000 credits/month. Standard tier includes 100,000. Credits are not a constraint for most organisations.
- What if I need more credits?
- Purchase additional credits at AUD $20 per 10,000. We built the allocation so most organisations do not need to.
- Which platform should I choose?
- Both platforms offer the same application controls and features. Global (Singapore) is more cost-effective. Australian (AWS Sydney) is preferred if your organisation requires workforce roster data to remain within Australia.
- Can small hospitals join?
- Yes. Starter supports 0-50 staff. Horizon supports 1,000-2,000+. Each tier is designed around organisation size.
- When will I be charged on trial?
- Card details are collected at signup, but the first charge happens only when your 30-day trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
