Logging In with Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization uses SSO, you can log in using your corporate identity provider (Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or another OIDC provider).

How it works

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. If your organization has SSO enabled:
    • You may be automatically redirected to your identity provider (e.g., Microsoft login page)
    • Or you'll see a "Sign in with SSO" button
  4. Authenticate with your corporate credentials
  5. You're logged in — no separate Intelligent Roster password needed

SSO-specific details

  • If your organization has SSO enforced, you'll be auto-redirected to your identity provider when you enter your email — no manual button needed
  • Password management is hidden on your Profile page for SSO users since your password is managed by your identity provider
  • Your profile shows which SSO provider your account is linked to

Troubleshooting

  • Can't log in via SSO? Contact your IT team to ensure your identity provider account is active and linked
  • Auto-redirect not working? Try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window
  • Need to bypass SSO? Contact your organization admin — they can grant SSO bypass for troubleshooting

Tip: If your organization uses SSO, you don't need to set up a separate password or MFA in Intelligent Roster — your identity provider handles authentication.
