Logging In with Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization uses SSO, you can log in using your corporate identity provider (Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or another OIDC provider).
How it works
- Go to the login page
- Enter your email address
- If your organization has SSO enabled:
- You may be automatically redirected to your identity provider (e.g., Microsoft login page)
- Or you'll see a "Sign in with SSO" button
- Authenticate with your corporate credentials
- You're logged in — no separate Intelligent Roster password needed
SSO-specific details
- If your organization has SSO enforced, you'll be auto-redirected to your identity provider when you enter your email — no manual button needed
- Password management is hidden on your Profile page for SSO users since your password is managed by your identity provider
- Your profile shows which SSO provider your account is linked to
Troubleshooting
- Can't log in via SSO? Contact your IT team to ensure your identity provider account is active and linked
- Auto-redirect not working? Try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window
- Need to bypass SSO? Contact your organization admin — they can grant SSO bypass for troubleshooting
Tip: If your organization uses SSO, you don't need to set up a separate password or MFA in Intelligent Roster — your identity provider handles authentication.
