Calendar Sync Not Working
Calendar Sync Troubleshooting
Shifts not appearing?
- Google Calendar can take up to 24 hours for the first sync
- Make sure you used the correct URL (HTTP for Google/Outlook, webcal for Apple)
- Check that your shifts are in Confirmed status
Calendar stopped updating?
- Your calendar token may have been regenerated
- Go to My Shifts → Live Calendar Sync and re-copy the URL
- Remove the old subscription and add the new one
Wrong times?
- Calendar apps should convert automatically to your local timezone
- Check your calendar app's timezone settings
Need a fresh start?
- Go to My Shifts → Live Calendar Sync
- Click Regenerate Token to get a new link
- Remove the old subscription from your calendar app
- Add the new link
