Calendar Sync Not Working

Calendar Sync Troubleshooting

Shifts not appearing?

  • Google Calendar can take up to 24 hours for the first sync
  • Make sure you used the correct URL (HTTP for Google/Outlook, webcal for Apple)
  • Check that your shifts are in Confirmed status

Calendar stopped updating?

  • Your calendar token may have been regenerated
  • Go to My ShiftsLive Calendar Sync and re-copy the URL
  • Remove the old subscription and add the new one

Wrong times?

  • Calendar apps should convert automatically to your local timezone
  • Check your calendar app's timezone settings

Need a fresh start?

  • Go to My ShiftsLive Calendar Sync
  • Click Regenerate Token to get a new link
  • Remove the old subscription from your calendar app
  • Add the new link
