Your Employee Details

Your profile shows several pieces of employment information:

Your craft group:

• This is your job role (e.g., Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, Doctor, Emergency Physician)
• Determines which shifts you're eligible for
• Set by your organization admin – contact them if it needs updating

Your scopes of practice:

• Additional qualifications or certifications (e.g., Trauma, Paediatrics, Mental Health)
• Some streams require specific scopes
• Set by your admin – contact them to add or update scopes

Employment type:

• Full-time, Part-time, Casual, etc.
• Affects your minimum and maximum hours per period

Contracted hours:

• Your minimum and maximum hours per pay period
• The roster builder tries to keep your hours within this range

Where to see: Go to Profile (click your name/avatar, or Sidebar → Profile) to view your details. Some fields are read-only and managed by your admin.
