How to Publish the Roster

Publishing makes the roster visible to all staff.

  1. Go to The Living Roster
  2. Review all assignments – check for:
    • Coverage gaps (empty cells)
    • Rule violations (warning icons)
    • Fairness issues
  3. Use Roster Health modal to check for conflicts
  4. When satisfied, click Publish
  5. Staff are notified and can see their shifts in My Shifts

Tips:

  • Run a roster audit with IRIS before publishing: "Any issues with next week's roster?"
  • Published shifts appear in staff calendar subscriptions
  • You can still make changes after publishing (staff are notified of changes)
