Can I change my availability after the roster is published? Yes, you can always update your availability settings. However:

  • Changes won't automatically alter an already-published roster
  • The roster builder would need to manually adjust assignments
  • Future roster generations will use your updated availability

Best practice:

  • Set your availability before the roster is generated (ideally 2-4 weeks ahead)
  • If your circumstances change after publication, use a shift swap or leave request instead
  • Talk to your roster builder if you have ongoing schedule changes
