Notification Types and How to Manage Them

Managing Your Notifications

You receive notifications for:

  • Roster published or updated (your shifts changed)
  • Leave request approved or rejected
  • Swap request received
  • Swap request outcome (approved/rejected/expired)
  • Open swap offers on your posted swaps

Notification channels:

  • In-app – notification bell icon in the top bar
  • Email – sent to your registered email address (for important events)

Managing notification preferences:

  • Go to ProfileNotification Preferences
  • Toggle on/off for different notification types
  • Email notifications can be turned on/off independently of in-app

Marking as read:

  • Click the notification bell icon
  • Click individual notifications to mark as read
  • Use "Mark all as read" to clear all

Not getting notifications?

  • Check your email spam/junk folder
  • Verify your email address in your profile
  • Check notification preferences are enabled
  • Try refreshing the page for in-app notifications
