Understanding Notifications

Notifications

You'll receive notifications for:

  • Roster changes – when your shifts are added, changed, or removed
  • Leave updates – when your leave request is approved, rejected, or changed
  • Swap requests – when someone wants to swap with you
  • Swap outcomes – when a swap you're involved in is approved/rejected
  • Roster published – when a new roster is available

Where to see notifications:

  • The bell in the top-right of the page header (every page, including Dashboard and Duty Board) — unread count, dropdown, mark as read
  • Shift Deck → Updates for the full list
  • Duty Board late / no-show names still show on the Staffing tab inbox
