Understanding Notifications

Notifications

You'll receive notifications for:

• Roster changes – when your shifts are added, changed, or removed
• Leave updates – when your leave request is approved, rejected, or changed
• Swap requests – when someone wants to swap with you
• Swap outcomes – when a swap you're involved in is approved/rejected
• Roster published – when a new roster is available

Where to see notifications:

• Check the notification bell icon in the top bar
• The Shift Deck shows pending actions (swaps, open shifts)
• Your Dashboard shows important updates
