When is the roster published?

• This depends on your organization. Typically, rosters are published 2-4 weeks in advance.
• You'll receive a notification when a new roster is published.

Can't see your roster?

• Staff can only see confirmed (published) rosters
• If the roster hasn't been published yet for that period, it won't appear
• Check with your roster builder about the publication schedule

What about draft rosters?

• Draft rosters are only visible to roster builders and admins
• Once a roster builder publishes the roster, it becomes visible to all staff

How far ahead can I see?

• As far as the roster has been published – this varies by organization
• Calendar sync shows confirmed shifts for the next 3 months
