Cancelling a Swap or Withdrawing an Offer

Cancel a pending swap request:

1. Go to Shift Deck (Sidebar → Shift Deck)
2. Navigate to the My Requests tab
3. Find the pending request
4. Click Cancel Request

Withdraw an offer on an open swap:

1. Go to Shift Deck → Open Swaps tab
2. Find the swap where you offered
3. Click Withdraw Offer (only possible if not yet approved)

From My Shifts (Calendar View) — inline shortcuts:

• Posted an open swap on your own shift? It shows a teal dashed border on your My Shifts calendar. Right-click it → Cancel Open Swap Post.
• Toggle on the My Requests overlay (Show on calendar → My Requests, next to Open Swaps) to see your pending open-shift requests and open-swap offers as yellow markers directly on the calendar. Click one to view details and withdraw inline, without leaving the calendar or opening Shift Deck.

Note: You cannot cancel a swap that has already been approved and executed. Contact your roster builder if you need to reverse a completed swap.
