Page not loading?

• Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
• Clear your browser cache
• Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

Can't see your shifts?

• Check you're looking at the correct date range
• Ask your roster builder if the roster has been published

Can't edit the roster?

• Only roster builders can edit assignments
• Check you have the right permissions for this stream/craft group

Something else?

• Submit a support ticket: Sidebar → Support Tickets → New Ticket
