Shifts Missing or Incorrect
Can't see any shifts?
- Check you're viewing the correct date range (use the week picker)
- Make sure you're viewing the correct stream/department
- The roster may not have been published yet for that period
- Try refreshing the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
Shifts look wrong?
- Check if the roster was recently updated (you should have received a notification)
- A shift swap may have been executed, changing your assignment
- Your roster builder may have made adjustments
A shift disappeared?
- Check your notifications for any roster change alerts
- Ask your roster builder if changes were made
- Ask IRIS: "What are my shifts for this week?" to verify
